Belt Fasteners and Connecting Pins standard series U30 / U60

Plate material:

  • Stainless Chromium Steel

Staple material:

  • Spring Steel
  • Optimised for best static pullout strength and dynamic life time.

Fastener:

  • Dispatched in boxes with Fastener Strips of 200mm length, (can be shortened individually).
  • Content is sufficient for one complete lace of according belt width (without Connecting Pin) for standard width of 1.000, 1.200, and 1.400 mm.

Connecting Pins:

  • High Tensile Stainless Chromium-Nickel Cable with special steel wrapping e.g. for long life time P1S, for extreme wear resistance P1C or P1K.

Sealed Version U30+ Fastener material identic to U30

  • Additional sealing, prevents spillage of material.
  • Significant increas of Connecing Pin life time, by grease filling in sealed loop areas.
  • For easy installation MATO recommend to use screw Connecting Pins ("G") e.g. for long life time P1SG, for extreme wear ressistance P1CG or P1KG.
